1. 01

   Ask on the order

Open the order and ask for a return, or open a case, before the window ends.

2. 02

   The seller pays the label

When the part was not as described or did not fit, the seller approves and sends a prepaid return label.

3. 03

   Ship it back

Pack the part, attach the label, drop it off and mark it shipped on the order.

4. 04

   Refunded in full

When it arrives back you get everything you paid, buyer protection included, on the card you paid with.

A part that never arrived or arrived damaged in shipping needs no return: open a case and Carzitt staff decide it. A change of mind is up to the seller.
